What needed to change
Atlas Grid operates 3.1 GW of wind and solar across seven countries. 2.1 million sensor messages a minute landed in dashboards that only confessed under interrogation: the median anomaly — a bearing running hot, an inverter drifting — was caught 43 minutes after onset, usually by a tired operator on their fourth espresso.
Every one of those minutes was money and machine wear. The ops team didn't need more dashboards; they needed the fleet to speak first.

Telemetry rebuilt as a streaming system — 2.1M messages a minute through Kafka and Flink, enriched and scored in flight, with TimescaleDB holding the recent past for instant replay.

Models with humility
Per-asset anomaly models trained on each turbine's own history, calibrated to confess uncertainty — false alerts fell 72%, which is why operators actually trust the pages.

An ops console like a cockpit
Alerts arrive as incident bundles — the anomaly, the sensor traces, the affected asset's twin, and the recommended action — one screen, thirty seconds to decision.
